I love the great atmosphere when you come to work, it’s like a small family where everyone helps each other and supports each other. I work very independently and am happy about the trust Lasse and the rest of my colleagues have in me and my work. At the same time, help is always available from all the colleagues. My development and enjoyment of work is only enhanced by my colleagues’ high commitment and professional pride, which rubs off on the entire workshop.

Nordturn as an apprenticeship has been a really good match for me. as an adult apprentice, it has been great to have a young boss you can relate to and look in the eyes and a boss who really takes an interest in and takes care of his employees. At Nordturn, I have been professionally challenged both theoretically and practically, and I have been able to challenge myself by taking on responsibilities in other areas of the company, such as e.g. storage and systematization of the workshop.
You can talk to all your colleagues and we are very keen to be social, even after work. I can only recommend Nordturn to everyone I know.

I started at Nordturn after being in Denmark for a year, here I had the opportunity to develop and improve my skills as an industrial technician – but also as a person. My colleagues are like family and they have all supported me in my professional and personal development in Denmark. Here you are included in everything from high-level decision-making to social events.
